Another Perspective is a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded in 2017 by eastern North Carolina natives. We hold and monitor conservation easements, and help stakeholders and landowners plan their natural resource management for beneficiaries and future generations.

ABOUT US

Another Perspective hosts a group of conservation easement advisors, made up of conservation practitioners, land trust board members, CPA’s, and legal counsel. Our extensive network in the landowner community allows us to lower monitoring and conservation easement development costs, while keeping the long-term goals and objectives of landowners at the forefront of our approach. Our Board of Directors has over 40+ years of combined experience placing over 300,000 acres of land in conservation easements.
